French doors lead out onto a sunny patio area and steps lead down to the private garden.

The modern kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.

The bedroom is spacious and well laid out with a king size bed. The en-suite bathroom has a separate shower and large bath ideal for relaxing in after a day out on the nearby fells. The bed is made up with Egyptian cotton sheets and soft towels are provided.

A welcome tray laid with milk, tea, coffee and a freshly baked cake will be waiting for you on arrival so you can relax and enjoy some refreshments after your journey.

Outside there is sufficient parking for four cars and bicycles can be securely stored in one of the sheds.
